The optical construction of the 35-150 mm F/2.8-4 Di VC OSD minimises image defects using a special arrangement of LD (Low Dispersion) elements and hybrid aspheric components. Tamron’s BBAR coating (Broad-Band Anti-Reflection) contributes to a significant reduction in ghost images and scattered light inside the lens, especially in backlit situations typical in portrait photography. This allows image results with the sharpness and contrast to meet the requirements of DSLR cameras with 50 megapixel sensors and more.
