The Godox Wmic TX1 is a wireless bodypack transmitter compatible with the WMic wireless receiver. Its lightweight design makes it convenient for performers and presenters to carry while providing reliable transmission at a range of up to 100 meters.
The transmitter is equipped with an omnidirectional lavalier microphone. The microphone provides a 360-degree sound pickup pattern, making it immune to head movements.
The transmitter has a 3.5 mm microphone input with a lock, designed to prevent accidental disconnection. It is equipped with an on/off switch that also functions as a mute button. An easy-to-read OLED display indicates input level, mute, and microphone battery life.
The Godox TX1 offers two levels of RF transmission power: 40 mW for improved signal quality when operating at longer distances or 10 mW for maximum battery life when operating at close range. The unit is powered by two AA batteries, but can also be powered via USB.
